1. Data We Collect

To provide and continuously optimize our high-performance simulation and visualization services, ArchiSofts collects limited data categorized as follows:

  • Active Telemetry Data: Session ID, current page, scroll depth, time active, last node ID, user signature, country, and connected time.
  • E-Commerce Data: Current Cart Value.
  • Voluntary Contact Data: When you submit a form, we collect your full name, company, email, budget range, project type, and project description.

2. Purpose of Collection

We use this data strictly for:

  • Providing and improving our digital twin and 3D architectural visualization services.
  • Analyzing user experience to optimize website performance and interaction nodes.
  • Communicating directly regarding project inquiries and quotes.

3. CCPA / CPRA Compliance (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to know what personal data is collected and request its deletion. ArchiSofts does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties under any circumstances. 4. Free Tools and the Services Your Browser Contacts

Our free tools (Site Analysis, the UE5 Config Generator and the AI Text Cleaner) run in your browser. What you type, the site you pick and any parcel file you open are not sent to ArchiSofts. To work, some pages have your browser contact the services below directly. Each of them receives your IP address, the standard details your browser sends with any request, and the request itself, and handles them under its own privacy policy. ArchiSofts does not receive or keep a copy.

  • OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org): the base map of Site Analysis.
  • OpenStreetMap Overpass API, run by FOSSGIS e.V. (Germany) (overpass-api.de): the buildings, streets and green areas of the area you choose in Site Analysis.
  • Terrain Tiles on Amazon Web Services (s3.amazonaws.com): the ground elevation of that area.
  • OpenStreetMap Nominatim (nominatim.openstreetmap.org): the address you search for, and the place name on a quick presentation.
  • NASA POWER (power.larc.nasa.gov): the site location, only when you ask for wind or climate.
  • Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com): the typefaces of every page.
  • GeoJS (get.geojs.io): your country, for the telemetry described in section 1.

Site Analysis keeps the map data it downloads in your browser's storage for up to a day, so the same request is not sent twice. This data stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
